The Opportunity
Join WesCEF's Learning and Capability team as a Learning Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting our contractor workforce and supplier administrators, supporting effective contractor mobilisation and continuous business operation.
Your primary focus will be administering supplier and contractor access and learning activities in our Learning Management System (LMS). You'll deliver exceptional customer service across tasks such as onboarding/offboarding contractors, assigning inductions and learning, validating licences, tickets and qualifications, and supporting supplier administrators to confidently use our system and processes. You'll also provide timely communications and data to our Site Access and Procurement teams to ensure smooth mobilisation and compliance.
You'll be actively involved in planning for major shutdowns, where contractor coordination is critical, and will contribute to broader learning administration tasks across the Learning Services team as needed. This includes supporting employee learning logistics, maintaining training records, and assisting with system queries to ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer contractor and supplier learning logistics, including onboarding, inductions, enrolments, and record keeping.
* Provide guidance and support to supplier administrators and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain compliance by validating licences, tickets, and qualifications.
* Liaise with Site Access and Procurement teams to support contractor mobilisation and shutdown planning.
* Assist occasionally with general learning administration across Learning Services, including enrolments, evaluations, invoice reconciliation, and customer service.

* Strong MS Office skills.
* Excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills.
* Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
* Experience in learning administration or HR systems (advantageous, but not essential).
