The role
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Integrated Logistic Support Specialist with experience managing GFx to support the analysis, definition, planning, acquisition, transition, in-service of complex Defence acquisition and sustainment programs within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG).
Key Responsibilities
* researching and developing GFx requirements;
* provide controlling and evaluating logistic support analysis; conduct managing logistics activities in relation to GFx management;
* conduct monitoring, controlling, and reviewing contractor deliverables;
* conduct development and updating of ILS documentation, including a range of technical management strategies and plans, logistic plans, and instructions;
* conduct development of statements of work for ILS Programs;
* conduct tender evaluation and source selection;
* provide advice/input into management and technical reviews and management.
* maintain a NV1 security clearance as required for this Defence role.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in ILS Management with experience managing program GFx requirements within a Defence, government, or complex engineering environment.
* Minimum 8+ years of ILS Management experience managing program GFx requirements within a Defence, government, or complex engineering environment.
* Strong understanding of the Defence environment with CASG experience highly regarded.
* Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
* Relevant qualifications and/or certifications will be highly regarded.
* Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant qualifications required for this role.
* Australian citizenship is required for this position with no sponsorship available.
