Event Experience Coordinator

The Event Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring our events consistently feel amazing for artists, hosts, and audience members. This includes supporting tasks that make our events possible, such as managing logistics, coordinating with the host and crew members, and fostering a communal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact at the event.
2. Represent Sofar to all artists, guests, and hosts, bringing good vibes and energy.
3. Support artists by helping them make the most of their gig, including promoting merchandise, driving signups, and assisting with gear setup.
4. Work closely with the host and other crew members to set up and run the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.
5. Connect with guests, welcoming them, MCing, and fostering a communal environment.
6. Support with administration and organization for the day of the event.
7. Collaborate with the local Show Experience Manager and regional operations team on monthly shift scheduling.
8. Help with coordination and/or transportation of event supplies.
9. Complete a detailed event recap form to share important feedback.
