Job Description:

* Key Responsibilities:

o Provide strategic HR advice to senior management
o Support the development of HR processes and systems
o Identify and develop outcomes for clients in various industries through WCA Solutions' range of HR services
o Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by improving WCA Solutions' HR processes and tools
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field
* 4+ years' experience as an HR generalist
* Demonstrated experience with Australian industrial relations and HR compliance requirements
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex ER/IR grievances and investigations
* Extensive knowledge of performance management, workplace investigations, employee relations and handling of grievances, employee lifecycle and operational people and culture functions
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including provision of advice to managers and employees, as well as appropriate report writing for target audience
* Ability to plan and prioritise own work, to take responsibility and utilise initiative for delivering work activities and projects in an effective and timely manner
