Duties:
* Reviewing and advising on sales contracts and related commercial documentation.
* Assisting with general commercial legal matters, including competition law matters.
* Effective and timely workflow management for internal stakeholders during this period.
Ideal candidate:
* Strong experience in sales contract review, commercial contracting, and general corporate/commercial legal matters.
* Proven capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
