Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
* Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels in line with operational needs.
* Conducting stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.
* Documenting all stock movements and ensuring compliance with WMS and Defence standards.
* Generating reports, identifying discrepancies, and elevating issues as required.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborating with warehouse, logistics, and optimisation teams to deliver seamless inventory operations.
* Assisting with training and knowledge sharing to strengthen inventory management capability.
