Operations Coordinator – Property Styling


Location: ACT region

Employment type: Temporary Full-time Contract (6 months+)

Start date: Immediate Start Available

Current drivers license and reliable vehicle required. Monday - Friday.

About the Role


We're looking for an energetic and highly organised Operations Coordinator to be the link between our clients, our on-site team, and our warehouse operations. You'll coordinate day-to-day logistics, complete on-site property visits, prepare quotes, and ensure every styling project runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role that requires initiative, excellent communication, and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate directly with real estate agents and vendors to coordinate property styling projects.
* Conduct on-site visits to assess properties and prepare accurate quotes.
* Manage project scheduling, deliveries, and collections.
* Liaise with our design and styling teams to ensure seamless execution of installs and pack-ups.
* Track progress, manage timelines, and resolve any operational challenges quickly and calmly.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent our brand with professionalism and warmth.

About You


You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Requirements:

* A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle (travel to client sites required).
* Prior experience in operations coordination, logistics, real estate, or property styling (preferred but not essential).
* Strong computer skills (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, quoting software).
