We provide services and supports to adults, and families with accompanying children in the form of accommodation, case management, assertive outreach, financial assistance, community connection and referral services. 
About the role 
As an AfterHours Services Coordinator, this is your prospect to support the delivery of afterhours services, respond to the needs of clients and service operations outside of standard business hours in accordance with TSA National Homelessness Model of Care. Reporting to the Program Manager, this is a permanent, full-time position based in Darwin, NT. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, Level 5. 
How you will make an impact 
- Provide guidance and support with practical assistance, including monitoring activities overnight and appropriate intervention as required such as de-escalation, first aid, and emergency situations. 
- Maintain and provide accurate hand over notes, including any changed risk behaviours and incidents. 
- Assist in providing, training, on boarding and evaluating staff members, grounds, and maintenance issues. 
- Assist in managing a team of afterhours and caretaker staff members. 
- Supervise overnight workers, including rostering, personal development, training and inclusion activities. 
What you will bring 
- A desired degree level qualification or preferred a relevant Diploma level qualification with substantial experience in a relevant industry. 
- Experience in an Homelessness and residential setting. 
- A national police record check is required. 
- Drivers Licence 
- Working With Children Check
