* Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 170 residential properties
* End-to-end property management with shared leasing responsibilities

PROPERTY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a portfolio of approximately 170 rental properties
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Conduct routine inspections, entry reports, vacates and final inspections
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs
* Monitor rental arrears
* Process tenancy applications and assist with leasing
* Prepare and lodge VCAT applications when required
* Ensure compliance with Victorian rental legislation
ABOUT YOU
* Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
* Previous exposure to industry as a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong time management and organisational ability
* Sound knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
* Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
