Operations Support/Driver Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Support/Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, driving a fleet of buses, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
* Assist in daily operations including tasks such as scheduling and planning.
* Drive a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and adhering to company policies.
* Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
* Work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the demands of the operation.
Requirements
* A valid MR licence is essential for this role.
* The ability to obtain a PPV licence is also required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to provide excellent customer service.
* Data entry experience is beneficial, as you will be required to accurately record and maintain information.
* Problem-solving skills are essential, as you will need to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
