Our Reward Advisory Services team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Director to join our community of solvers. This team supports the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent, helping drive discretionary effort and aligning reward, performance, and business strategy with governance and stakeholder expectations. We partner with Australia’s largest listed institutions and other organizations from design to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive remuneration models and assess their effectiveness.
* Work with Board-level and C-suite stakeholders.
* Design and deliver reward and performance strategies across various industries.
* Build strong client relationships and grow revenue.
* Mentor and develop team members.
* Contribute to public thought leadership in reward practices.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in reward, performance, remuneration reporting, and data analysis.
* Experience in a Big 4 or professional services environment preferred.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Economics, or Law.
* Ability to interpret complex issues and understand external environment considerations.
* Strong client service mindset and commercial acumen.
