Testing & Commissioning Coordinator
You will play a critical Administration role supporting the Testing & Commissioning team by managing documentation, issuing test reports, collecting information from the field, and maintaining accurate, compliant document control systems. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail who thrives in a site‐based project environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Foster positive working relationships with site team
* Maintain Testing & Commissioning document control systems, ensuring accuracy and version control
* Issue, track and close out test reports, inspection records and commissioning documentation
* Coordinate document workflows between field teams, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders
* Support reporting, dashboards and progress tracking for the T&C team
* Proactively identify process improvements in T&C documentation.
What We're Looking For
* Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to enable effective project delivery
* Experience in a site‐based coordination, document control or project support role
* Experience with document control systems and construction projects
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced site environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
