Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced truck transport specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials on time.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operate trucks to transport goods and materials safely and on schedule.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any issues.
* Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery details.
* Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required.
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients and industry partners.
Requirements:
* A current heavy rigid driver's license.
* At least 3 years of experience driving heavy rigid vehicles.
* Strong knowledge of road rules, vehicle safety, and load management.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A commitment to safe driving practices and ability to work independently.
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
