The Position:
As Sales Associate, you'll work side by side with a top-selling agent and gain hands-on experience across every stage of the sales process:
* Prospecting, cold and warm calling, door knocking, and letter drops
* Attending open homes and auctions
* Coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns
* Managing buyer enquiries and relationships
* Assisting with appraisals, vendor meetings, and negotiations
* Overseeing the sales process from listing through to settlement
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, buyers, photographers, and trades
* Database management and general admin duties as required
The Person
* Real estate experience is essential
* NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* A driven, self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales
* Professional presentation and strong communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of the Inner West market and demographic (preferred)
* Eager to learn, grow, and become a future leader in the industry
