About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality behaviour support services for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver culturally appropriate and evidence-based behavioural support to people with intellectual disabilities.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve effective and efficient outcomes.
* Implement tailored support plans that meet client goals and objectives.
* Provide training and coaching to support workers and carers.
In addition, you will maintain accurate records, participate in support planning processes, and consult with supervisors and team members on clinical matters.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must possess NDIS registration as a proficient practitioner or above, a degree in an allied health, social science, or behavioural science field, and at least 12 months experience working in positive behaviour practices.
