Project Engineer and Site Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer and Site Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our civil infrastructure division, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in earthworks, heavy civil projects, and utilities. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on earthworks, heavy civil projects, and utilities
* Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A strong understanding of construction management principles and practices
