Group Sales Manager
Sales Professionals with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in broadcast or digital sales, preferably working on agency portfolios are required to manage and grow regional and metro sales revenue.
About This Role:
The Group Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the negotiation and management of local and national broadcast deals, ensuring revenue and share targets are met. They will also be expected to build and foster strong relationships with local agency leads and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Negotiation and management of local and national broadcast deals
* Ensuring revenue and share targets are met
* Managing a clear deal book for the portfolio
* Building and fostering strong relationships with local agency leads and clients

Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years Agency (Trading) & or TV / Digital Sales experience
* Strong Broadcast & or Digital Media background
* Sales experience working on Agency portfolio's
* Team leadership – build and develop a cohesive Sales team
* Strong Interpersonal Skills
* Impact and influence
* Strong Sales background and a thorough understanding of broadcast media trading principles
