Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage daily outbound telephone sales to new and existing customers, establishing and nurturing relationships through exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily telephone sales to new and existing customers.
* Educate customers on our product range and provide details of current deals and offers.
* Promote our quality product range and represent our brand positively at all times.
* Support new and existing customers with the national sales team.
* Achieve monthly call rates and sales targets.
* Perform sales administration and database management.
* Process orders and provide customer service for key accounts locally and internationally.
