About the role
This full-time Clinic Co Ordinator role is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Specsavers Rockingham in Rockingham, WA 6168. As Clinic Co Ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the optometry clinic, providing administrative and customer service support to the wider team.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming customers to the clinic, providing exceptional customer service
* Manage and triage the flow of patients through the clinic to deliver great customer experiences.
* Work with Retail Managers and Store Partners to ensure clinic performance shortfalls and opportunities are identified and strategies are developed.
* Assist and support quality handovers from Optometrist with customers
* Booking and managing customer appointments using the clinic's scheduling system
* Assisting the Optometry team with administrative tasks such as patient follow ups and referrals, recall lists, diary management.
* Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
* Maintaining a tidy and organised clinic environment
* Supporting the team in any other ad-hoc duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service, administrative or retail role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficient in using computer systems and technology
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
