Operational Support Professional
This role forms the backbone of our operational structure, ensuring members are supported and systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Provide administrative support across projects, general operations, and team initiatives. Ensure timely data collation and documentation for reports and deliverables.
* Membership Administration: Manage the membership lifecycle, including applications, onboarding and renewals. Respond to inbound member inquiries and provide targeted support and connections.
* Member Engagement: Use analytics to segment membership groups for targeted opportunities. Lead surveys and feedback loops to identify learning opportunities and areas for improvement in the member experience.
* Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks in Xero, including invoices, payments, and end-of-month reconciliations.
* System Coordination: Maintain and evolve processes to support organisational compliance and continuous improvement.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records and workflows in our CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft 365 and Team drives. Compile high-level project updates and membership trends.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team on strategic projects, engagement initiatives, and amplification of our business model
