About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Estimator to join the team, working closely with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders to price and deliver luxury residential projects from concept through to contract. This role suits someone who enjoys the front-end of projects, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, commercially sound estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates for bespoke residential projects
* Review architectural drawings, specifications, and consultant documentation
* Provide cost advice and value-engineering solutions during the design phase
* Liaise directly with clients to explain pricing, inclusions, and variations
* Obtain, assess, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
* Prepare tender submissions, sales estimates, and contract documentation
* Manage smooth handover of project costings to the construction team
About You:
* Previous experience as a Sales Estimator or Estimator within residential construction (5+ years)
* Strong understanding of Design & Construct projects (custom or luxury homes ideal)
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
* Ability to work collaboratively with designers, consultants, and site teams
* Familiarity with BuilderTrend would be great but not essential
