Your Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Manager to join our Customer Lifecycle Management team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in designing, building, and implementing key dashboards that drive business insights and inform decision-making.
You'll be responsible for:
* Developing and delivering reports that provide timely, accurate insights into customer behavior, product performance, and market trends.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align reporting metrics across functional teams and ensure consistency in data presentation.
* Extracting and integrating data from various sources to support business improvement initiatives and identify areas for growth.
* Creating customised data models and ensuring effective dataset relationship mapping for accurate metrics and input data.
* Providing ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support campaign effectiveness and understand how customer behaviour impacts revenues and subscribers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience in developing and delivering business intelligence reports and dashboards, preferably in Telecommunications or Technology.
* Advanced Power BI skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL-based environments.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present information visually via charts, maps, scorecards, and interactive dashboards.
* Experience working in a cloud-based data platform, such as AWS, and familiarisation with campaign systems like SAS/Pega is highly regarded.
