About the Role
We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team at the Stapylton Glass Plant, servicing Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
* Promote Ventora's extensive product range by prospecting new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing client portfolios.
* Maximise sales potential by predominantly canvassing new business opportunities, meeting existing clients, promoting products, and providing exceptional service.
* Plan, organise, and execute selling activities to exceed sales targets and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets through delivering on set targets and influencing buying decisions at every stage of the sales process.
* Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
* Identifying emerging markets and market shifts, and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
About You:
* Experienced sales performer with a background in the glass or building industry.
* Proven track record of delivering on set targets and driving sales growth through strategic thinking and effective communication.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
