People & Culture Manager
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role leads the culture for a high-performing resort team while collaborating with the leadership team.
What You Will Be Doing
Establish and deliver the resort's People and Culture strategy, identifying areas for development and improvement.
Serve as the guiding light for the workplace's Heartist culture, spotting opportunities to help the team love what they do.
Provide support and advisory to Heads of Department for performance, development and recognition matters, ensuring processes align with both the strategy and Accor process.
Champion talent development and learning, acting as partner between Accor Academy and managers to fully utilize available resources.
Handle industrial relations in accordance with the Fair Work Australia Act, National Employment Standards, and relevant Award or Agreement.
Lead and guide employee engagement activities such as reward and recognition, employee wellbeing, talent management and development initiatives.
