Job Description
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Analyst to join our team. This role will involve providing accurate HR data and reporting, maintaining and supporting HR and business information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the central point of contact for reporting and analytics
* Prepare HR reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain and continuously improve the People Dashboard using Power BI
* Support local leaders with business unit specific reporting
* Be responsible for maintaining Oracle HCM data quality, hierarchies, structures, workflows and reports
* Maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring proper access controls and data security
* Assist with the setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of HR systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor level degree or above within human resources and/or information systems
* Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in an HR Analytics or systems role
* Advanced systems skills with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Oracle HCM, OTBI, and SharePoint
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including the use of macros, Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas
* Well-developed organisational, time management and administrative skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
