Role Responsibilities
* Supervise a small group of refill team members
* Coordinate daily stock inventory
* Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptlyProvide visual merchandising support as stipulated by Visual Merchandising guidelines
* Adhere to OHS policies & procedures
* Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
* Support in multiple areas of the business where required
The Ideal Candidate
* High volume stock receiving or back dock experience – bonus but not essential
* Must have the ability to lift over 15 kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions – this is a physical role handling high volumes of stock and pallets
* Comfortable leading others
* Hardworking and motivated
* Excellent multi‐tasking ability with clear communication
* Takes initiative to drive results
* Strong time management, delegation, and follow‐up skills
* Able to work Monday‐Friday roster from 7 am – 3 pm
