About the Role
We're looking for a skilled
Repair Centre Technician
to join our technical services team. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electromechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a
repair centre
or
field service
environment and a strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex hardware.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair faults in a variety of devices, including:
* ATMs
* Self-Service Checkouts (e.g., Coles, Woolworths)
* Poker Machines
* Large Printers (Fujitsu, Toshiba, Canon, etc.)
* Money Changing Machines
* Parking Complex Ticket Payment Machines
* Perform component-level repairs and part replacements
* Conduct functional testing and quality assurance before redeployment
* Maintain accurate service records and repair logs
* Collaborate with field technicians and support teams to resolve recurring issues
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience:
* Previous experience as a
Repair Centre Technician
or
Field Technician
* Hands-on exposure to the devices listed above
* Technical Skills:
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Familiarity with electromechanical systems and repair tools
* Education (preferred):
* Degree or diploma in
