The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.
RANZCOG is committed to the establishment and maintenance of the highest possible standards of practice in women's health and provides programs in training, accreditation and continuing professional development (CPD) that are responsive to the evolving health care needs of women.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordination and administration of a range of services for RANZCOG Trainee Selection Processes.
- Competent design, development, communication and implementation of selection processes.
- Identification of specific requirements/process needs for selection for different programs.
- Coordination of the continuous improvement of internal processes relating to selection.
- Provision of detailed and accurate reports relating to trainee selection for relevant RANZCOG committees and other stakeholders.
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, particularly report writing and correspondence.
- Experience in process improvement and establishing workflow systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, individuals and groups, whilst maintaining positive relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks within strict timeframes.
- Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and other tools for data analysis, with confidence using statistics
