The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.

RANZCOG is committed to the establishment and maintenance of the highest possible standards of practice in women's health and provides programs in training, accreditation and continuing professional development (CPD) that are responsive to the evolving health care needs of women.

RANZCOG supports research into women's health and act as an advocate for women's healthcare by forging productive relationships with individuals, the community and professional organisations, both locally and internationally.

Description:

Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
Reporting to the FSEP Lead, this role provides high-quality administrative support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the RANZCOG Fetal Surveillance Education Program (FSEP). This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover position, based at our Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process assessment answer sheets and feedback using scanning software and databases
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assessment results, certificates and feedback letters
* Prepare and distribute workshop materials, pre-reading and educational resources
* Coordinate reporting and attendance data for CPD accreditation bodies
* Respond to enquiries relating to workshops, online accounts and orders
* Process online store orders, invoicing requests and billing notifications
* Prepare and distribute FSEP newsletters as required
* Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of systems and processes
* Assist with documentation, process manuals and general administrative support to the Program Manager

Skills and Experiences:

Ko wai koe | About you - Key Selection Criteria

* Excellent administrative skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Demonstrated experience using online platforms, databases and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills highly regarded)
* Patience and reliability when undertaking routine, process-driven tasks
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians and staff
* Demonstrated behaviour aligned with RANZCOG's organisational values and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
