About the Role:
This role is focused on providing expert technical support. You will utilise your bike mechanic experience to diagnose and resolve customer issues remotely via phone and email, managing inquiries related to assembly, maintenance, and product troubleshooting.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers via phone and email, remotely diagnosing and troubleshooting electric bike and scooter issues.
- Guide customers through basic assembly, maintenance, and repair procedures using clear and straightforward language.
- Manage technical and warranty-related inquiries, offering effective and timely solutions.
- Use your mechanical expertise to assist in the improvement of technical documentation and customer support resources.
- Participation in preparing technical tutorials and how-to content (website blog posts, video content, etc.) to empower customers.
- Work with other team members to refine and improve our product range and customer support processes.
- Maintain an organized system for recording customer technical issues and spare parts required through our internal systems.
About You:
We love to have you in our team if you are:
- You have a minimum of one year of work experience as a bike mechanic. (Having past experience with e-bike repair is not required, but is an advantage).
- You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for providing clear and effective remote technical support.
- You are curious, keen to expand your knowledge, you enjoy solving problems and taking great pride and satisfaction in figuring things out on your own.
- You value all customer enquiries and seek to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
- You are adaptable and thrive on the challenge of diagnosing issues without seeing the bike in person.
- You are either an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
