The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and professional Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team to help us to keep up with the demands of the business.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and supporting the broader Warehouse Team, your time will be spent handling the administration and inventory duties for the Warehouse.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday. We're located in a convenient location with a custom built fantastic team culture and a safe working environment.
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Accurate and timely receipting and putting away of all incoming inventory
* Liaising with Suppliers, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing to resolve purchase order queries
* Prepare weekly cyclic stock-takes and investigate discrepancies as necessary
* Processing stock receipts against purchase orders
* Printing of labels for inbound stock for purchase orders
* Printing delivery dockets for completed orders
* Complete paperwork and make transport bookings for deliveries to Customers
* Communication with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Drivers and Transport Companies
* Provide administrative support to Warehouse
* Answering support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications to resolve customer service issues, back-orders, missed or late deliveries and shipping discrepancies
* Processing of Special Order forms
* Processing of Credit notes
* Liaising with Sales/Warehouse Teams regarding Equipment Orders and Deliveries
* Contact customers regarding reorders and customer collection orders
* Pick and pack stock as necessary
Essential Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
* Forklift Licence is a must
* A highly self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
* A service orientated team player
* Ability to work well under pressure and set deadlines
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads to achieve required outcomes
* Excellent organisation skills and a high attention to detail
* Highly developed level of interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
* Good computer literacy including experience using the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
