21 Webs is a Melbourne-based design and digital marketing agency. We are looking for a highly organised and creative professional to manage content writing, social media, and client coordination across multiple client accounts.
Hybrid Role – Content, Social Media & Client Coordination
Key Responsibilities
* Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, articles, and marketing materials
* Create social media captions, post structures, and content plans
* Manage social media accounts for multiple clients (content planning to scheduling)
* Communicate directly with clients for requirements and approvals
* Coordinate with graphic designers and project management teams
* Schedule approved posts using social media management tools
* Support website projects by managing client communication and approvals
* Assist with short scripts, voice-over copy, and general content tasks
Requirements
* Experience in content writing and social media management
* Strong written English and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable coordinating between clients and internal teams
* Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
