Job Description:
This role involves delivering high-quality psychological services in outpatient clinics, focusing on harm minimisation and collaboration with Addiction Medicine specialists. The Clinical Psychologist Specialist will contribute to Neurodiversity and ADHD clinics, support clinical outcome evaluations, and maintain high standards of professional conduct and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments, case formulation, and interventions for adults and adolescents with severe mental illness, drug/alcohol concerns, and neurodivergent disorders.
* Collaborate with Addiction Medicine specialists and drug and alcohol clinicians to provide integrated, evidence-based services.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
* Assist in education and training programs, and provide professional supervision to junior staff members.

Requirements:
* Postgraduate degree in clinical psychology (Masters or Doctorate/PhD) and full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with endorsement in Clinical Psychology.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in psychological assessment, case formulation, and intervention for adults and adolescents with relevant needs.
* Awareness of current scientific literature on psychological services for adults and adolescents with severe mental illness, drug/alcohol concerns, and neurodivergent disorders.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills in a clinical setting.
