About the role 
Clive Burdeu Aged Care is looking for a caring and reliable individual to assist with administration tasks. The Administration Assistant provides high quality customer support and administrative support to clients and the team. The role requires experience using rostering systems, ability to multitask, excellent customer service, and strong time management. 
Responsibilities 
- Respond to incoming enquiries and manage interactions with clients, families, suppliers and other stakeholders 
- Schedule and organise meetings, interviews, training and appointments as required 
- Manage information in line with accreditation standards and provide general administrative support to the team 
What we’re looking for 
Essential: 
- Reliable and organised with good time management skills 
- Current minimum Certificate III in Business or equivalent 
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 
- Previous administrative experience within a community service environment or similar 
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one 
- Valid Australian work rights; unfortunately sponsorship is not available 
Desirable: 
- Knowledge of the Aged Care/Home Care sector
