We are seeking a visionary Human Resources Director to lead our global People and Culture team. This is a pivotal role, shaping the future of our workforce across multiple regions including the US, UK, Germany, Singapore, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a global HR operating model aligned with Centaur's strategic direction.
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and deploy people initiatives, providing coaching and guidance.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
* Support commercial activities including acquisitions, divestments, and market entry strategies.
* Drive automation in HR operations, focusing on HRIS, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
* Continuously evaluate and enhance the employee value proposition using internal and external insights.
* Oversee cyclical HR processes including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and reporting.
* Manage day-to-day global HR operations across key markets.
* Lead and develop the HR team, fostering growth and professional development.
* Manage the HR budget and collaborate with finance on forecasting.
Experience Required
* 18+ years in HR leadership roles, including reporting directly to the CEO.
* Proven success in global operating model design and transformation.
* Experience implementing HRIS and integrating with payroll and LMS systems.
* Led HR streams in M&A activities and complex ER matters.
* Worked with Boards and senior stakeholders in listed companies.
* Managed new country entry processes including legal setup and talent sourcing.
* Deep employment law knowledge across US (NY, FL, TX, CA), UK, Germany, Singapore, and Australia.
* Experience with EoRs, PEOs, and in-house payroll/benefits services.
