Personal Care Support Specialist
Right at Home provides exceptional in-home care and support to clients across the Kalgoorlie and Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia.
As a Personal Care Support Specialist, you will treat clients with the same care and respect as they would their own family members.
* Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.

* Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
Requirements:
• A passion for providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate III in aged care or similar an advantage.
