Total Salary Package: $80,744 - $110,877 (plus 15.4% super)

**The Role**

**Overseas Posting Cell Officers **will support ASD's international growth under REDSPICE and actively contribute to the seamless transition of ASD members who are posting overseas. Officers will undertake broad administrative and human resource functions to guide and advise personnel staff on their overseas posting journey. Officers will also support the overseas ASD Liaison Officer network in providing assistance while they are in-country. These roles will include policy interpretation and policy development.

**Visits and Protocol Officers **will deliver high quality service to manage, coordinate and execute all aspects of an international visit, including administration, logistics, protocol, hospitality, gifting, and facilitation functions. These roles include providing advice and trusted expertise for all protocol, event, and visit management into ASD.

**ASD 4 Overseas Posting Cell Officers**

**ASD 5 Overseas Posting Cell Officers**

- shape, manage and contribute to ASD's international partnerships and objectives, actively contributing to its growth and progression, including supporting REDPSICE initiatives
- establish clear plans and timeframes for project implementation
- respond in a positive and flexible manner to change and uncertainty

**ASD 5 Visits and Protocol Officers**
- commit to achieving quality outcomes and adheres to documentation procedures
- seek feedback from supervisor to gauge satisfaction
- build and sustains positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients

**ASD 6 Overseas Posting Cell Officers**
- contribute to ongoing improvement and innovation across the team
- develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure priority matters are actioned appropriately and in a timely manner
- are supported with opportunities to personally and professionally develop your skillset, including through courses and on-the-job experience and training
- Demonstrate commitment to self-development and seeks opportunities to extend skills and knowledge, including management, leadership and supervisory skills.

**ASD 6 Visits and Protocol Officers**
- contribute own expertise to achieve outcomes for the business unit
- advise and support internal stakeholders, particularly ASD Senior Executive and is responsive to client and stakeholder needs and expectations
- establish clear plans and timeframes for project implementation
- respond in a positive and flexible manner to change and uncertainty
- share information with others and assists them to adapt
- see projects through to completion

**About our Team**
The International Partnerships team is responsible for delivering ASD's extensive international engagement program and activities. We work from the strategic to the administrative to drive foreign engagements, support ASD personnel overseas, and implement effective governance.

To succeed in all of these roles, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:
