For over 50 years, Sara Lee has been baking Australia's favourite desserts. Now, under new ownership, we're back stronger than ever — with fresh energy, bold ambitions, and a mission to win back the hearts (and tastebuds) of Aussies and beyond.
Demand is heating up, so we're growing too — adding two morning and two afternoon shift roles. These are brand-new positions, created to match the rising appetite for our desserts.
The Role
We're looking for Machine Operators and Bakers/Mixers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and want to be part of an iconic brand's next chapter.
In this hands-on role, you'll:
* Mix ingredients with precision (traditional and modern techniques)
* Follow recipes and ensure batch accuracy
* Keep records of ingredients and production data
* Operate machinery (full training provided)
* Work closely with your team to keep production flowing smoothly
What You'll Bring
* Baking/Pastry qualification preferred, but not essential for all roles
* HACCP, food safety and quality knowledge
* Willingness to learn and operate machinery
* A positive, proactive, team-first mindset
