About the Role
The Workforce Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing a centralised, scalable and future‐focused Workforce Planning & Rostering function at Forensicare. You will implement the operating model, governance structures and capability required for consistent, organisation‐wide workforce planning practices
Key Responsibilities include:
* Establish a centralised Workforce Planning & Rostering function with operating models, governance structures and planning frameworks
* Lead transition and integration of existing rostering activities into a unified function
* Develop policies, procedures and standards ensuring consistent practice across the organisation
* Provide expert advice on workforce risks, impacts and sustainability considerations
* Oversee development and optimisation of workforce planning and rostering systems
* Build organisational capability through coaching and guidance
* Implement rostering plans informed by clinical skills mix requirements
* Partner across directorates to support organisational change and workforce initiatives
* Use data and insights to inform decision‐making and evaluate impact
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Qualifications in workforce planning, HR, business, health administration or related fields
* Experience delivering workforce planning or rostering leadership in complex environments (health/mental health/justice preferred)
* Expertise in workforce forecasting, demand/supply assessment, FTE modelling or scenario planning
* Strong understanding of workforce systems, rostering platforms and data structures
* High‐level communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience integrating disparate workforce or rostering activities into centralised models
