We stock a wide range of high-quality farm-related products, including crop protection, fertiliser and seed.
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Storeperson / Sales Support to join our growing Store team network. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, this position is offered as casual only to begin with, with a potential opportunity to move to a permanent role for the right candidate. The position is available for an immediate start.
To Be Considered for This Role
You will have proven experience working in a customer service role and ideally, a warehouse environment, as well as a demonstrated commitment to safety & compliance.
Requirements
* A current forklift (LF) or willing to obtain prior to commencing in the role
* Current drivers licence
* Proven experience in customer service / Admin
* Strong team player with good communication skills
* Intermediate computer skills (computer use will be on a daily basis)
* Be physically fit – role involves manual handling (lifting to 25kg)
* Willingness to undertake Agsafe Accreditation
* Willingness to learn Netsuite - stock receival, transfers, fulfil sales orders
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will work as part of a small team responsible for:
* Picking orders for customers
* Loading and unloading transport
* Pack and wrap pallets
* Regular & accurate stocktakes
* Scanning paperwork for receipts and counting of products on arrival
* General sales support task
* General site housekeeping
* Input stock information into computer system
* Other related tasks as directed by supervisor
