The Role
You will work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, which may include:
* Contractual and business disputes
* Corporations and shareholder matters
* Property and leasing disputes
* Insolvency-related litigation
You will be involved from instruction through to resolution, drafting pleadings and submissions, preparing evidence, briefing counsel, attending mediations, and appearing in Court where appropriate.
About You
* 2–4 years PAE with solid commercial litigation experience
* Strong drafting and procedural skills
* Comfortable managing files with supervision
* Commercially astute and outcome-focused
* Admitted to practice in Western Australia
