The Role
You'll enjoy the independence to manage your own portfolio while being backed by a supportive and experienced team. We're seeking a positive, genuine individual who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing your own portfolio with professionalism and care
* Providing high-quality service to both rental providers and renters
* Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
* Preparing rental appraisals and presenting tenancy applications
* Coordinating repairs, maintenance and rent reviews
* Managing arrears and lease renewals to maximise client returns
* Representing rental providers at VCAT as required

About You

* Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Police Check, Driver's Licence, and reliable vehicle
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* A proactive attitude with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
