Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the valuation process across all assets under management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset valuations, while also contributing expert insights to support the analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.
This is a 15-month fixed term contract, full time position. The Valuations Manager will work closely with performance analysts, present valuation results to stakeholders, and provide strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the external valuation programme, including instructing consultant valuers and reviewing their reports.
* Coordinating the internal valuation programme and working closely with performance analysts.
* Presenting valuation results to stakeholders and providing strategic insights.
* Maintaining property forecast models and supporting analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals.
* Advising on Asset Plans, Business Plans, and contributing to group initiatives and process improvements.
* Building strong market relationships and providing technical expertise on property-related matters.
Requirements
Required qualifications include a tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property. A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in Real Estate or Property discipline, CPV (Certified Practicing Valuer) accreditation, and a strong understanding of investment-grade property markets are necessary.
Experience with listed and unlisted property funds management, as well as skilled in running and interpreting cash-flow modelling systems, is highly desirable.
