Your expertise will ensure that all projects comply with relevant customer security, regulatory, and quality standards. You will also act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications between internal teams, customers, and external vendors.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes, tools, and systems. You will identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery, particularly in areas that impact the customer's current logistics operations and overall customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous project management experience in Government logistics
* Eligibility for (and maintain) an Australian AGSVA Security Clearance of NV1
* Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, complex projects, and operational change initiatives
* Qualifications in Logistics and/or Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE2 certification
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
