Electronics / Test Engineer / Technician / All Rounder

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities, including:
Liaison with staff & Chinese suppliers (local and in China) on product specification compliance
Laboratory testing of products to establish function and statutory compliance
Prepare product specifications and supporting documentation
Evaluating product, ensuring that it complies
Maintaining test laboratory equipment and records, calibrating equipment and conducting product testing to verify function & statutory compliance
Providing technical support for customers
Assisting with general engineering duties
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem skills, pay close attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and be a well rounded team player.

It is therefore essential that you are:
Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have strong Excel skills, Adobe InDesign & Illustrator (desirable)
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various tools and equipment
Have experience in a similar role.
