BROKER SUPPORT – INSURANCE

We are seeking a proactive and customer‐focused Service Specialist to join our national client support team. In this role, you will work with Client Managers and Client Executives to support a portfolio of national corporate clients, ensuring seamless service to internal and external stakeholders and meeting the highest standards of service delivery. A hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and the Aon office.

What The Day Will Look Like

Busy client servicing with a focus on client relationships and support activities. You will manage communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
* Provide administration support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs.
* Engage with clients via phone, email, and face‐to‐face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
* Participate in pre‐renewal, renewal and post‐renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
* Prepare, lodge and invoice insurance policies accurately and on time.
* Attend client meetings, work on tender processes, renewals, claims and other broking duties.
* Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers.
* Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work in a close team environment.
* Ability to meet tight timeframes.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, email systems, Teams and Google Drive.
* Ability to work independently and proactively without supervision.
* Curiosity, high motivation and engagement.
Our Ideal Candidate

Someone passionate about a career in insurance, with strong administration and customer service skills. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
