About us
Sunlight Psychology is a boutique Sunshine Coast clinic providing assessment and therapy to children, adolescents and adults. Our work is grounded in strong therapeutic relationships, neuro-affirming practice, and thoughtful collaboration with families and other professionals. We are looking for an experienced psychologist who values meaningful work, clinical autonomy, and a sustainable pace of practice.
Our clinic has an established referral base and strong existing waitlist, with longstanding connections with local GPs, paediatricians, psychiatrists, schools and allied health professionals. Our small team works together closely to support client outcomes and a promote a sense of staff wellbeing.
We are particularly interested in hearing from psychologists with experience in working with neurodivergent clients and complex presentations, though we welcome enquiries from clinicians at different stages of their career.

Essential Requirements
• Full registration with AHPRA
• Eligibility for a Medicare provider number
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Commitment to neuro-affirming practice
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience providing therapy to children and young people
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Highly desirable
* Master's level psychology qualification
* Minimum of 2 years' experience providing psychological services in a private practice clinical setting
* EMDR training
* Assessment experience (Autism, ADHD, cognitive and adaptive functioning)
