About Pt. Leo Estate
Set on 330 acres of vineyard, cattle grazing land, and a world-class sculpture park overlooking the ocean, Pt. Leo Estate is a family-owned estate located on Bunurong Country on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Role
We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to support the delivery of food and beverage across our dining spaces.
The estate overlooks our magnificent sculpture park catering to guests who wish to enjoy a friendly, informed experience and a menu revolving around local seasonal produce. Our ever-evolving dining spaces have been featured alongside some of the most exciting Victorian dining venues.
About you
* You are hardworking, resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
* You have a friendly, confident attitude and a willingness to learn
* You have prior experience in retail or hospitality
* You will be available to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Due to the nature of this role, a full weekend availability is non-negotiable
* You take pride in your appearance
* You demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Wine knowledge and knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula and its surrounds is a distinct advantage
* You hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
* You have access to reliable private transport to work
