We're now looking for a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Finance function, reporting to the Director of Finance, and partnering closely with senior leaders to support the long-term sustainability and growth of the organisation.

You'll Be
Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Finance
Leading the Finance function day-to-day and managing a skilled Finance team
A trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team and Board committees
Driving improvements in systems, reporting and financial processes
Building capability and consistency across finance operations
Helping leaders across the organisation make better decisions through strong financial insight

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the day-to-day Finance function and manage a high-performing Finance team
Partner with the Director of Finance to support strategic planning and organisational decision-making
Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, analysis and insights
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the organisation
Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and compliance
Oversee core finance operations including AP, AR, payroll and month-end
Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and ways of working
Partner with senior leaders to support strong financial decision-making
Liaise with auditors and oversee statutory reporting requirements
Support broader initiatives such as SSAF, insurance, risk and investment planning
Support strategic projects
What You Bring
CPA or CA qualified
5+ years' experience in senior finance roles
Strong knowledge of governance, compliance and accounting standards
Experience leading teams and building capability
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Ability to communicate finance clearly to non-finance stakeholders
A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
High integrity, sound judgement and strong values
Highly Regarded
Not-for-profit or complex stakeholder environments
ACNC reporting
SSAF funding and acquittals
Sage Intacct, Prospend, POS or inventory systems
Grant or restricted funds management
ESG or impact reporting
Investment planning
