**Job Summary:**
We are seeking experienced caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Senior Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care services that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing care and assistance with daily living activities such as mobility, medication management, and clinical care. You will also participate in the development and review of resident care plans, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and physical support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and medication management
* Participate in the development and review of resident care plans
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident information
* Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff
* Support and assist in the provision of a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
* Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
* Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
* Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends
