* Previous medical receptionist experience with Best Practice Software, desirable, but not essential
* you will be rostered between the hours of:
* 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday
* 7:30am to 5:30pm Fridays
* 8:30am to 1:30pm Saturday
About the Role:
Customer service: First point of contact via phone, in person, and online. Create a positive first impression. Book appointments, process payments, reconcile cash/EFTPOS, take accurate messages, and follow up referrals, paperwork, and payments.
Reception flow & presentation: Ensure smooth daily operations by setting up the office, preparing patient paperwork, managing appointment flow, communicating delays, and maintaining a tidy, well-stocked waiting area.
Medical administration: Checking paperwork and maintaining medical records with strong attention to detail.
Team support: Proactively assist team members to help deliver a smooth, comfortable, and safe patient experience.
